Hydrogeology Expert Witness
Dwight Smith, Principal Hydrogeologist, is a recognized expert in hydrogeology in the western U.S., notably in Nevada and the Sierra Nevadas of California.
Mr. Smith has provided expert witness testimony in numerous water rights hearings before the Nevada State Engineer, and has testified as an expert witness for civil actions in California and Nevada.
